Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Courtney Roberts brings a unique blend of creativity, experience, and heart to her role as Director of Sales at Tina Morris & Co. A licensed Broker in both Idaho and Washington, Courtney spent over nine years helping clients buy and sell homes before relocating to Virginia to join the team. With a background in Marketing Management, Interior Design, Real Estate, and Project Management, Courtney holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) and a Minor in Sustainability, giving her a creative edge and a keen eye for detail. She’s worked across multiple facets of the industry, from listing strategy and design to real estate marketing for a top firm in Portland, Oregon that specialized in both commercial development and high-end residential sales. At Tina Morris & Co., Courtney plays an integral role in the day-to-day success of the team- overseeing transactions, leading client relations, coordinating events, and managing office operations. Courtney believes that curiosity, integrity, and genuine care for others are the keys to success, not just in business, but in life. She’s passionate about real estate, people, and creating meaningful experiences for clients and those around her.
